Maison HOSHIA is an independent brand in its launch phase, run solely by its creator. Full professional photo shoots are not yet possible for every piece and every visual universe. This use is therefore temporary: it allows us to build a consistent visual identity at the start, with the means of a young brand.

As Maison HOSHIA grows, we aim to gradually incorporate more real photos, worn content, customer visuals, and work with real models, photographers, and content creators. Our intention is not to replace image-related professions, but to advance step by step while building a more responsible, creative, and transparent brand.

Each item is printed on demand, specifically after your order.

This production method avoids overproduction and only creates items that have actually been ordered. It is part of a more responsible approach, limiting unnecessary stock and waste.

Your jersey is then carefully prepared and shipped directly to the address provided during the order.

As each item is produced especially for you, a production lead time is required before shipping.

Delivery is included for this item. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. We recommend that you track the package's progress and choose a secure delivery address.

As each jersey is made to order, returns are not accepted for a simple change of mind, an error in the customer's choice, or if the product received conforms to the order placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-compliant, please contact Maison HOSHIA upon receipt with your order number, a description of the problem, as well as photos of the product and packaging.

Requests related to a defect, a production error, breakage during transport, or non-compliance will be examined to propose an appropriate solution: replacement, reprinting, or refund, as the case may be.
